Notes: CADILLAC JACK’S SECRET STEAK SAUCE was created in 1949 by Pit Master Cadillac Jack of the Yellow Dog Hony Tonk in Carroll County Mississippi. Cadillac Jack contributed his legendary status to his secret steak sauce he served with his steaks, chickens, fish, ribs, and other meats that he grilled to perfection on his huge open pits. On his death in 1964 at age 82, his secret sauce recipe was found in the glove box of his Fleetwood Cadillac.
